For this 1,800-square-foot project located on L'Île-des-Soeurs in Verdun, the mandate for our interior designers was to restructure the apartment so that new owners could enjoy open, contemporary and warm spaces.
We have drawn the plans of the layout and realized the decoration of the entire apartment following the tastes and desires of our clients.
Initially, the installation of new Bois-Franc floors on the entire surface of the apartment was carried out, harmonizing and transforming the atmosphere of the condo.
The kitchen has been opened to the living room so that the natural light crosses the living areas. Thus the new kitchen area, living room, dining room, library is very friendly and bathed in natural light.
In a second stage, the two bathrooms have been completely renovated and redesigned in two spaces with a clean and contemporary design. One of the bathrooms is dedicated to the master suite and the other to the guest rooms.
The modification of the interior doors, the painting of the wall surfaces and the restructuring of the dressing room are part of the various stages of this high-end project.
After 3 months of work, this condo is now in perfect harmony with the owners' desire for modernity and well-being.
