4 June 2019Conversion of uninhabited attic into mezzanine with master suite and bathroom.
In this house located a stone’s throw from Maisonneuve Park in the Rosemont neighbourhood, our clients were looking for interior designers to create plans to transform their attic into a parental suite.
Our challenge for this project was to transform the uninhabited attic of this house and design a parental suite by creating a mezzanine. The owners wanted to have maximum comfort in their new bedroom.
A bathroom has been integrated into the master bedroom for more privacy and functionality.
A large patio door overlooking the terrace has been installed allowing natural light to bring a lot of cachet to this parental suite.
We designed a custom staircase made of wood and glass, connecting the top floor to the mezzanine.
This new mezzanine offers our guests an intimate, comfortable, functional and bright space.
