1,800 sq ft renovation on Nuns' Island

Our clients were looking for an interior designer for the major renovation of their condo located in Verdun on Nuns' Island.

For this 1,800-square-foot project located on L'Île-des-Soeurs in Verdun, the mandate for our interior designers was to restructure the apartment so that new owners could enjoy open, contemporary and warm spaces.
We have drawn the layout plans and completed the decoration of the entire apartment according to our clients' tastes and desires.

Initially, new hardwood floors were installed throughout the entire apartment, harmonizing and transforming the atmosphere of the condo.
The kitchen has been opened to the living room so that natural light passes through the living areas. Thus, the new kitchen, living room, dining room, and library are very welcoming and bathed in natural light.

In a second stage, the two bathrooms have been completely renovated and redesigned in two spaces with a clean and contemporary design. One of the bathrooms is dedicated to the master suite and the other to the guest rooms.
The modification of the interior doors, the painting of the wall surfaces and the restructuring of the dressing room are part of the various stages of this high-end project.

After 3 months of work, this condo is now in perfect harmony with the owners' desire for modernity and well-being.
