We are looking for a
Interior designer 3 to 5 years of experience

• Requirements understanding of the client and development of architectural concepts,

• Drawings by construction plans and development for all project study phases,

• Inventory of fixtures, feasibility study, preliminary design, detailed design, tender documentation,

• Interior design and scenographies to enhance the aesthetics of the spaces,

• Architectural concept creation and design (kitchen, bathroom, furniture, extension...),

• Preparation of visual presentations and communication materials tailored to the clients' needs,

• Furniture selection and finishes (Moodboard),

• Search for technical solutions and architectural ones respecting budgets, constraints, and technical standards,

• Completion of execution plans,

• Supplier communication, manufacturers and clients,

• Coordination with the teams construction and execution monitoring.

• DEC and/or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or DEC in Architectural Technology, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience As an interior designer in Quebec;

• Mandatory mastery of Autocad, SketchUp, Vray, Photoshop, Illustrator. 2020 Design is a plus;

• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite including PowerPoint;

• Good market knowledge and suppliers;

• Good knowledge in terms of interior architecture, construction, of building code and of current standards;

• To be autonomous, creative, to have a working method and one analytical mind, capable of manage multiple projects at once.
