Extensive renovation in the Old Port neighbourhood of Ville Marie
In this project located in the Old Port in the quarter of Ville Marie, our clients were looking for an interior designer to guide them in the major renovation of their 600-square-foot loft.
The mandate for this project is to rethink the entire volumes of the living room to the bedroom, passing through the kitchen which will receive special attention, in order to finish a brand new bathroom with a walk-in bathroom.
The choice of materials, accessories and the appreciation of the unique architecture of the lofts of old Montreal was a real challenge.
All the details have been taken into account to redefine the spaces of this apartment into a bright and warm space.
The kitchen has been redesigned to be more functional and enhance the dining room area.
The custom kitchen has a central island allowing 4 guests to enjoy the space of this new layout.
A new hardwood flooring has been installed on the entire surface of the loft, which is lighter than the old one and better reflects the light and bathes the living room with sunshine.
We have created custom furniture layouts to make them more functional and aesthetic. As a result, the 140-inch ceiling height could be utilized to its maximum potential to integrate all the furniture.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, rain shower and dim light was built for the master suite. Offering the owners an exceptional space of relaxation and serenity.
This loft in the Old Port is in perfect harmony with the owners' desire for renewal.
