Conversion of uninhabited attic into a mezzanine with master suite and bathroom.
In this house located a stone's throw from Maisonneuve Park in the neighborhood of Rosemont, our clients were looking for interior designer to create the plans for converting their attic into a master suite.
Our challenge for this project was to transform the uninhabited attic of this house and design a master suite by creating a mezzanine. The owners wanted maximum comfort in their new bedroom.
One bathroom was integrated into the master bedroom for added privacy and functionality.
A large patio door opening onto the terrace was installed, allowing natural light to bring a lot of character to this master suite.
We drew a staircase custom-made made of wood and glass, connecting the top floor to the mezzanine.
This new mezzanine offers our customers an intimate, comfortable, functional, and bright space.
