This is the listening, sharing and discovery phase. We will talk about your lifestyle and wants, so that your project is functional, beautiful and ergonomic.
State of play
The purpose of this step is to create the pre-project plans for your spaces, identify the various existing networks (water, electricity) and take photos. This step serves as the basis for the rest of the process.
Rough Draft
At this stage we will offer you the general concept of your spaces and facilities, as well as several possible solutions for your project.
Detailed Draft
During this phase, the plans and cuts are refined, the materials and the colors determined. A brief description of the work is completed, along with an estimate of the project cost.
Business consultation
The technical aspects of the project, as well as the plans, are put together in a folder with an accurate description of the work. It is transmitted to companies.
Site monitoring
After establishing a rigorous schedule and informing each stakeholder of their action plan, work can begin. We monitor your project day in and day out.
