Located right in the heart of Montreal, this 1,200 sq. ft. renovation project transformed a kitchen and two bathrooms into modern and functional spaces, providing its occupants with a living environment that is as elegant as it is practical. Every detail was carefully designed to blend contemporary design with functionality, optimizing natural light and the ergonomics of the spaces.
The kitchen
The kitchen has been completely redesigned to optimize its space and elongated layout in an immaculate and functional aesthetic. A wall was knocked down to make way for the elegant glass partition open to the natural light of the living room, behind which the kitchen takes center stage.
The Calacatta Bollina quartz countertop and backsplash, with their subtle and refined veins, affirm the luxurious character of the space. The custom storage was designed to maximize the use of every space while offering a practical, linear, and contemporary design.

The bathrooms
Both bathrooms have been completely redesigned into spaces for relaxation and well-being. The walls and floors are finished with Carrara Mare tile, featuring delicate marbling that brings a luxurious and timeless touch to each room.
The faucets, hardware, and even the heating system are made of brushed brass. By contrast, they illuminate and enhance the space with a warm glow. The vanity units, equipped with lights integrated into the drawers, soften the lighting of this serene and subdued ambiance. With a focus on visual uncluttering, all elements have been designed to be wall-mounted and free the floors from their weight.
